Neck Curling is one of the most beneficial exercises to get a good jawline. It’s done lying on your back with the tongue pressed on the roof of the mouth. This activates the front neck muscles. Bring your chin to your chest and then lift your head off of the ground about 2 inches. Don’t lift your stomach and don’t poke your chin out. Smiling has many benefits and one of them is to be able to tone up your facial muscles. Smiling extends your cheekbones, thus exercising them and also works the muscles in your face. Smiling is also known to be a great mood enhancer, try it some time.
Collar bone backup
This exercise can be done seated, standing, or lying down on your back. Keeping your head level with the floor, bring your head back several inches to feel muscles on either side of your throat contract and relax. Start with 3 sets of 10 repetitions at first, and then progress to holding the position for more than 30 seconds. Make sure that your ears stay over your shoulders and your head stays level.

This exercise helps lift the face and chin muscles. With this exercise, you have to close your mouth and push your lower jaw out and lift your lower lip. As a result, you will feel a stretch build just under the chin and in the jawline. You have to hold this position for 10-15 seconds and you have to take 15 seconds to relax. After that, you have to try this exercise again. Perform 3 sets of 15.
Say A, E, I, O, U
Loudly calling out the 6 vowels–A, E, I, O, U–also helps lift your neck muscles. Say A and extend your facial muscles for about 4-5 seconds, move to E, repeat the same method with all the vowels, and you’ll see how many facial forms you’ve made. Perform 3 sets of 15. This is one of the simplest exercises to help you get a sharp jawline!
Tongue twister exercise targets the muscles underneath the chin. Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth directly behind your teeth and then press your tongue to completely close the roof of your mouth and add tension. It will generate the vibrating sound by humming and it is good because it will activate the muscles. You should complete 3 sets of 15 in a day.

Make a fish face
Here’s another fun way to naturally get a tighter jawline and cheekbones. Don’t just do it when a camera is pointed at you–make a fish face, hold it in that position for 5-8 seconds and then repeat.
Eat less salt
Salt, when consumed in abundance, can affect the skin and promotes bloating so try and avoid too much salt in your food. Skip munching on salted snacks and junk food throughout the day.
Get a good night’s sleep
At least eight hours of sleep is a must if you want a healthy body. Not getting enough sleep will leave you tired and make your face look bloated.
